Department 56 House Gads Hill Place Dickens Village #57535 6th Limited Edition

This is a Department 56 "Gad's Hill Place" lighted porcelain house from the Dickens' Village Collection, item number 57535, which was introduced in 1996 and retired in 1997.

This house/building is in excellent condition in the original box. No chips, cracks, or indication of misuse or abuse. The original flimsy cardboard sleeve and Styrofoam may have some wear, but the piece(s) looks as good as the day purchased.
