These are VANS shorts.
They are size M, but the fit is similar to Patagonia Baggies size L.
I believe they were made in the USA, but please check for yourself. Even if they weren't made in the USA, that will not be a reason for return, so please understand. They are old and used, but I think they are in good condition.
