Likely a Zuni or Hopi piece because of the neck tie and cloth skirt
Signed on bottom of one foot: "Ross P A...." (August? Angeth? Augeth?)

13.5" tall x 11" wide x 5.5" deep
Very good condition - No noted problems except feather in left hand is broken off
Details include: carved beak-like mouth and eyes
Carved cone shape and balls attached to head with protruding string
Arms bent at elbows
Carefully carved fingers
Holds rattle and (broken) feather
Fat protruding stomach
Feather down around mouth beak
Bead bracelet on one wrist and band bracelet on the other
